Each individual may hold only one ACI365 account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–6 hours.

ACI365 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions, and failure to comply with those terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated alongside the offer. Typically, you are required to wager 5–10 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings earned through a bonus.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts using the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• Aci365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.

The following rules apply equally to all members when betting on aci365. These guidelines are essential to the fair and proper operation of the aci365 platform:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — except in live betting, where a cashout may be available within a specified window.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ACI365 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded. However, specific rules apply to partially completed events.
• Where the Duckworth-Lewis method applies in cricket betting, results will be determined accordingly.
• Placing bets on opposing sides of the same event across multiple accounts ("arbitrage betting") is strictly prohibited.
• ACI365 reserves the right to set and adjust maximum betting limits on any wager.

ACI365 operates as a fair and transparent platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Fraudulently abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Match fixing or insider betting using privileged information.
• Attempting to hack or launch a cyber attack on ACI365's systems or website.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other members or using abusive language.

ACI365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances. Such decisions are made entirely at ACI365's discretion:

• If false or incomplete information is provided during registration.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to submit the required documents.
• Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or government authority.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance remaining can be reclaimed by contacting aci365 Support. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
